“Palazzo Tirso's polish”
Palazzo Tirso Hotel Cagliari - MGallery Collection is an exceptional easily-best stay — a clean modern hotel in central Cagliari, with wonderful rooms with lots of handy amenities and toiletries, an incredibly comfortable bed, a small-but-perfect rooftop pool and sun deck, wonderful warming staff who go above and beyond, and Luca, who checked guests in and helped with local restaurants and evening dining. Caveats though: a six-night guest received only two bottles of water all week as a welcome drink — a rival five-star offered it daily — a small thing that makes guests feel welcome.
