“Saigon's service split”
Centrally located and convenient for getting around, Sofitel Saigon Plaza draws comfortable rooms, nice staff and excellent all-round service recommended for business travellers — including an amazing Vietnamese restaurant meal with top-notch smiling attentive service and a manager who arranged special food and sightseeing. Serious dissents though: one guest called the service very bad — avoid unless chasing a low rate, comparing it to a dated domestic hotel, Grab pickups run slow, and breakfast quality is good but thin versus other five-star hotels in the city.
