“Elkonin's French flair, uneven delivery”
Elkonin Tel Aviv - MGallery Hotel Collection is a modern, stylish, French-inspired boutique in a beautiful building — quiet, clean and uncrowded, with a wonderful spa, a rooftop pool that is better than expected for the city, an amazing breakfast, a must-try Rova A restaurant, and a team that answers requests and thoughtfully accommodates Shabbat observers. Three real complaints: a prepaid guest was made to pay again at check-in — the refund took repeated reminders and arrived without apology; a suite above the bar was noisy until midnight and sub-standard for the brand; and one stay had a broken shower in an unclean room with very bad service.
