“Kohinoor Continental's airport-adjacent stay”
Hotel Kohinoor Continental, Airport is a clean Mumbai hotel next to the metro and close to the airport — crystal-clean rooms, a good varied quality breakfast, authentic Indian food guests loved, exceptionally-well-managed operations, and helpful friendly staff for most; a night-stay was simply lovely. Service complaints exist though: the front desk needs more politeness (only manager Mr. Nilesh was understanding), even black coffee wasn't available, staff were polite but unhelpful on basics, and a Thai guest reported poor service, a dirty room and a long check-in wait.
