An independently-owned old building with updated rooms right on the beach, The Lago Mar Beach Resort and Club is a really nice resort with an excellent unbeatable location: great great-sized very clean rooms — the best ocean view ever per one guest and partial ocean views on others — friendly staff, great service, tennis and plenty of sport options. The consensus nit: it's a little dated, and guests say you can't beat the location anyway.
