The Dock 69°39 by Scandic is a super great stay — a very clean new hotel beside the Arctic gateway with the Arctic Cathedral very close, a beautiful sea view, a short walk to the commercial street, large fully-equipped rooms for some (compact ones fit only one open suitcase), an outdoor sports level on the fifth floor, a twelfth-floor rooftop restaurant and chill-out area, perfect facilities, and a helpful kind concierge.
