Staylist AI overview · based on 6 public guest reviews

“Mall-top Guangzhou ease, weak breakfast”

Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel sits right above a shopping mall and metro — an excellent, near-everything location with clean five-star-standard rooms, helpful staff who even posted a guest's forgotten belongings, a comfortable complete environment, and a free room upgrade for one stay. The one loud complaint is breakfast: the buffet is called poor value for its charge — fishy fish, sour sweet potato and bad dumplings — with a suggestion to order morning-tea delivery instead.

Rooms: Clean rooms meeting five-star standards for guests.
Service: Excellent staff; lost items posted back.
Location: Above a shopping mall and metro.
Food: A breakfast called poor value and flavour.
Value: Room upgrades happen; the breakfast disappoints some.
