“Riverfront Krakow base, kind staff”
Sheraton Grand Krakow offers spacious clean rooms, excellent service-minded staff in every facility, free Nespresso, tea and water, great bedding, and a location near the old town and river with supermarkets and the airport bus stop close by. Breakfast is a wide, recommended spread, the rooftop restaurant wins praise for panoramic river views and good mains, the pool and jacuzzi please families, and the gym even has a squat rack. Early check-in was kindly granted. One caveat: low-floor rooms without full-height windows barely see the river.
