“Guangzhou's mixed stay”
Conveniently located with a great environment, Swissotel Guangzhou draws a wonderful time, very clean convenient stays and excellent service — with two named staffers praised for early-morning lobby dedication and another who helped a lint-sensitive guest pick and re-check a new room carefully. A long dissent though: corridors and rooms carry a carpet smell, the 80s-90s-style decor shows wear everywhere, the bottled water and kettle are the most basic market types, and a group-buy rate shifted within minutes — a once-known brand feeling faded.
