On a very good spot with a fantastic river view, Swissotel Chicago is an enjoyed great-choice stay: a super clean quite spacious comfortable room, a surprising big tub plus separate shower, excellent customer service, friendly staff and workers and a downstairs restaurant whose chicken parm was totally worth it. One nit: check-in hit a huge line with a single worker.
