“Scirocco St Julian's construction edge”
Hotel Scirocco St Julian's, Affiliated by Melia is a clean well-located Malta hotel — friendly receptionists who help with varied needs, daily cleaning offers, lobby coffee and hot cocoa, good breakfast options, and easy January street parking. One caveat: the street was under major noisy construction and the pool was not nice.
