“The Alexis' smile”
The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel Seattle is an excellent amazing stay — an amazing central location in the heart of downtown with fun places nearby, quite spacious rooms, efficient helpful service that fulfilled requests, and warm personalities — desk agent Rickie was funny and nice, and the parking attendant who readied the car kept a big smile; a couple had a great time and plan to return. Caveats though: the facilities are quite old.
