Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Velero's top polish”
Velero Hotel Doha Lusail is a five-star-deserving enjoyable stay — amazing room, view, location and service, friendly polite respectful staff with two standouts named, top-notch reception and cleanliness, a big spacious quiet room, and a good location. Caveats though: the breakfast buffet underwhelmed — one guest had it only twice in seven days and would not pay daily — a booked room type differed from what was delivered with no solution offered, and one check-in agent treated even the athletes and coaches poorly.
