“Madinah's new hotel”
Near the Prophet's Mosque and a food court, NEW Madinah Hotel by IHG is a very good stay for many: friendly welcoming really helpful reception, daily housekeeping by greeting staff, a fast smooth check-in, a very spacious suite upgrade for one, a kettle and toiletries provided, free parking and Ramadan off-hours breakfast. Dissents though: a slow check-in where rooms were still unready after four, a clean but renovation-needing building, missing basics like a menu and notepad and a budget-chain verdict on the hardware.
