“Phi Bologna's gem”
Phi Hotel Bologna is a small central gem — an excellent superb location in the very center, spacious one-of-a-kind rooms, a great breakfast, and courteous professional staff. Caveats though: a dissent flags scarce room maintenance — a leaking heated towel rail in the bathroom, a noisy air conditioner, and a scale with a dead battery that was not very clean underneath.
