“Versoverde's stylish Navigli stay”
Versoverde Hotel Alzaia Naviglio Grande is a lovely, stylish small Milan hotel — a quiet riverside spot in the Navigli district, clean well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds, a sunny terrace with a jacuzzi, an excellent breakfast, secure parking, a small gym, and really nice staff — a bug discovery prompted an immediate suite swap. The complaints: weekday staff lacked Sunday warmth; room water pressure faltered twice — running on and off, one day with no warm shower; a roadside suite meant a sleepless night; and it's not convenient for the main tourist areas.
