“Newlands' southern sun”
About fifteen minutes from the airport in a convenient Newlands spot, Southern Sun Newlands is a top-notch stay: a fresh modern Luxe room, a clean big-bathroom space, a breakfast exceeding expectations — staff coping well at near-full seating — a kind late-night welcome for a cancelled-flight daughter with a complimentary wine and named front-desk warmth worth tipping. Cautions: an older well-maintained building, a noisy air conditioner and a demand for full upfront payment that complicated one arrival.
