“Hatfield's warm ease”
Garden Court Hatfield is a phenomenal great stay — a spotless fresh-smelling room with lovely clean linen and loads of shower pressure, a lovely room that felt like home, a smooth much-appreciated early check-in, a great room-service meal, and wonderful phenomenal staff at reception, the dining room, the bar and parking; a Pretoria go-to. Caveats though: the room cleaners were noisy, knocked on doors at dawn and lacked politeness — customer-service induction suggested — and the breakfast could use healthier options; a long-staying guest bought fruit, bread and cheese.
