“Florence's starhotels tuscany”
On the Florence edge, Starhotels Tuscany is a fantastic well-maintained stay for many: a very clean cozy room, free easy three-day door parking for road-trippers, friendly incredibly-nice staff, a good breakfast and a handy bus link at the door. Dissents though: a severe discrimination report — two booked classic rooms silently swapped for edge fire-escape upgrades lacking an enclosed shower and carrying street noise, a swap initially refused until pressed — plus a toothpick left in the bathroom bin and a still-sticky floor for one guest.
