“Brussels' bristol stephanie”
A lovely excellent stay for many, Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie brings: a nice clean comfortable quiet room, fabulous welcoming professional staff, impeccable housekeeping, really good rooms, a convenient location and an enjoyed weekend base. Dissents though: a severe theft report — a group's backpack with passports and money taken from the lobby within seconds at checkout, judged no security, with the emergency room still charged — and a booked balcony-terrace room not delivered until a thirty-euro supplement, later refunded by the platform.
