“Trident Chennai's perch”
Trident, Chennai is an excellent go-to stay for many — arguably the best hotel near the airport, a well-managed pleasant property with a comfortable convenient well-kept clean room, a good breakfast, a loved ambience and service, and a location that works for couples; a repeat guest's Chennai default. Caveats though: it still needs a taxi despite airport proximity and ride-hail drivers habitually ask for a surcharge; one guest found the interior dated with a heavy odor, average bedding, and low overall value; and a proper shower would be preferred over the setup provided.
