On an excellent Bandra location where celebrities get spotted in the lobby and pool area, Taj Lands End is a most-stunning incredible stay for most: exceptional customer service, extremely professional friendly staff from entrance through check-in, porters, security and housekeeping, very good plentiful breakfast options, a loved extended-stay experience and a birthday-cake touch. Notes: rooms are ageing though maintained, the front desk runs crowded, and one guest felt VIPs took priority over regular paying guests.
