“Gurugram's go-to, standards slipping”
Taj City Centre Gurugram is the business hotel regulars pick near the city centre — smooth check-in to checkout, attentive friendly staff, a good pool and spa, and very good food; a specially packed early-flight breakfast famously amazed one guest's airport friends. One loyalist sounds a note: service has declined, feeling less welcoming and attentive than the high standards that made it their go-to — they hope it returns. Others still call it the best of their India trip.
