“TownePlace Prescott's split welcome”
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Prescott Valley is a new spotless hotel — clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds, included breakfast, easy self-parking, great amenities, and polite extremely helpful staff for most. One severe dissent though: a guest needing an accessible room was reportedly yelled at for booking via a platform, found none available, skipped showering, and disliked the hard bed.
