“Mining Exchange's charm”
The Mining Exchange Hotel is a cool wonderful stay — a handsome historic building in central Colorado Springs close to everything, extra-large tastefully-decorated high-quality clean rooms with space to spread out, an outstanding design, unmatched lobby-bar vibes, excellent food options (get the burger at Golden Hour), delicious breakfast choices with good coffee, and super pleasant helpful front-desk staff; a perfect overnight for a geology-and-history-loving grandson en route to Rocky Mountain National Park. Caveats though: the wifi was very spotty and the soap and shampoo dispensers would not work.
