“Chicago's hotel fifty five”
Next to a casino and opposite Trader Joe's — easy third-party self-parking in the same block — Hotel 55 Chicago Downtown is a liked repeat stay: a big clean modern room, an so-comfortable bed, lovely toiletries and robes, a small gallery to browse, easy pre-trip contact and accommodating check-ins. Dissents though: a booking-type oversell that switched two friends off needed twin beds, unappreciated repeat guests, no upgrades, and a quiet-floor request undermined by constant machinery noise near the elevator.
