Right across from the beach — walking distance to the great spots Ermita, Cartagena, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is a nice good stay: very good Marriott-quality service, very friendly helpful staff, a good breakfast and delicious margaritas though dear. A serious complaint though: no sea-view room at check-in despite booking a downgrade compensated with breakfast already included, a night desk with near-zero English and cleanliness needing attention platform support fixed things.
