The Olive Ann Hotel, Grand Forks, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is a beautiful boutique the only-choice-for-some in town — comfortable quiet rooms, a great onsite coffee shop and restaurant with pleasant service, free valet and early check-in, in-town dining nearby, and wonderful staff; a dozen-stay regular never disappoints. Caveats though: over-fluffy pillows, slight first-floor street noise, an oddly cramped accessible room, and a whole stay without hot shower water.
