Canal House of Georgetown is a beautifully-designed, spotless, low-key quiet Tribute Portfolio hotel — even better than the photos, fabulous decor, a lovely lobby featuring a bar plus board games, a delicious breakfast, professional and amazing staff from start to finish, and a couldn't-be-better location; business travelers rebook it by proxy. Two complaints: parking costs a lot — a garage around the corner undercuts it — and when a toilet clogged, supervisor Maria was unkind and blamed the guests.
