At a U-Bahn exit opposite a big mall near Tegel, Hotel am Borsigturm is a modern conference-style stay for one-to-three-day trips: a big renovated clean room with a view, twenty-four-hour tea and coffee, a large mirror, convenient shopping and dining and fair value. Dissents though: very thin walls, mouldy-looking bathroom silicone, poor-quality soap and gel, no slippers or ironing gear, a too-small bed and an inexplicably-assigned accessible room with a nearly-unusable bathroom.
