“Kalina's lemon tree”
Well placed for BKC meetings, Lemon Tree Hotel, Kalina BKC, Mumbai splits guests: many find a clean modern functional stay with okay breakfast suited to short business trips. Dissents though carry weight: a severe not-recommended report — a makeshift-feeling reception, undertrained staff, a single-person long-wait check-in and an already-occupied room issued to a colleague — plus very small rooms and beds, fifteen-minute water waits and a judged-poor rate.
