“Hotel Celestine's hush”
Hotel the Celestine Tokyo Shiba is a good business stay — a very quiet commercial district about nine minutes from the station and ten to a restaurant-and-convenience-store area, a very clean if slightly-tiny room, a comfortable bed and pillows, a delicious-as-always breakfast, and fair rates; a second-time guest returns for the location. Caveats though: the wifi disconnected itself at times.
