Hotel The Celestine Ginza is a quiet, clean favourite five minutes from the subway — comfortable rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful city views, down pillows and duvets, Byredo toiletries, capsule coffee, a delicious breakfast, and genuinely kind staff who will even reheat a convenience-store bento to your room. Two small knocks: there is no gym, and one guest felt the furniture did not match the room charge. A management reply is excluded.
