Repubblica Firenze Luxury Apartments | UNA Esperienze is an impeccable-location stay — right below Piazza della Signoria with everything walkable, a small balcony, a stunning terrace where the Duomo frames sunrise and sunset, a big in-room jacuzzi, spacious rooms, and wonderful staff who gift a bottle of wine. Caveats though: there is no front desk — check-in requires a timed appointment and calls beforehand — the lift stops at the fifth floor leaving attic stairs that are hard with big cases, dated fittings and strong west sun run hot in summer, an old-fashioned key must be double-locked (one guest's key jammed in the lock with help hours away), and the advertised laundry does not exist on property — a ten-minute walk to a laundromat.
