“Naples' palazzo caracciolo”
An incredibly grand converted palazzo a fifteen-minute walk from the station, Palazzo Caracciolo Naples is a really enjoyed stay for many: great customer service that found a stranded mother a room that night, courteous incredibly-helpful staff, comfortable beds, lovely room amenities, a fairly rich unchanging breakfast and a recommend-it verdict. Dissents though: an inflexible cancellation policy, a dirty smelly street out front, unmetered twenty-five-euro taxis and a prefer-the-station-area tip.
