“Ambasciatori's Mestre split”
Ambasciatori Hotel Venice Mestre, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is a nice conveniently-located mainland hotel — clean spacious rooms, easy parking near the highway, a bus stop opposite for island runs, warm helpful staff, and Novotel-tier facilities for drivers. Caveats though: a severe report describes being given the worst room — a noisy adjoining door and moldy bathroom gaps — a ten-plus-minute station walk, late check-in needing much communication, a skimpy breakfast charging extra for fried eggs, and a splashy too-shallow sink.
