“Cebu city's surestay plus”
Near the hospital and cafes with a coffee shop next door, SureStay Plus by Best Western Cebu City is a great nice stay for many: a new clean reasonable room, very friendly respectful welcoming staff — guard housekeeping and front office all praised — day-tour booking help and a happy satisfied visit. Dissents though: twin beds pushed together sold as a king, a breakfast that started late, a sugar-leaning morning menu, even the bacon sweet, and patchy wifi.
