“Berlin's motel one”
Three minutes from Alexanderplatz S-Bahn in a quarter dense with restaurants and museums, Motel One Berlin-Hackescher Markt is an excellent-located efficient stay: a very quiet very clean courtyard-facing single room, super friendly helpful reception with luggage storage and great restaurants around. Dissents though: air conditioning that blew hot all stay for two guests — one suspecting cost-saving — noisy weekend nights when windows open, a below-average skip-it breakfast and no in-room coffee.
