“Berlin hbf's motel one”
Three minutes from Hauptbahnhof — buses, trams and underground plus a supermarket nearby — Motel One Berlin-Hauptbahnhof is a feel-good comfortable stay: a superb location, a great breakfast, a chic very good downstairs bar, friendly helpful staff, free luggage storage and relatively-new fittings. Cautions though: no in-room kettle, two loaned ones arrived dirty, and no restaurant beyond breakfast.
