A classical city-centre hotel — ten minutes from Charles Bridge via a riverside side exit, buses at the door — Hotel Roma Prague is a very nice great stay for many: friendly helpful staff, comfortable clean well-maintained rooms, a rich varied breakfast and high value. A severe dissent though: a duvet cover with blood and body-fluid stains clearly unchanged, the desk said cleaning hours had passed, a single duvet appeared and the complaint sat unresolved until checkout.
