Close to Sai Kung pier, Vignette Collection WM Hotel Hong Kong by IHG is a fantastic good-experience stay: a crazy infinity pool with a fabulous sea view, a nicely-appointed ocean-and-nautical-themed room with outdoor space, a very nice sauna, friendly warm polite staff, a member upgrade to a balcony sea-view room, thoughtful dog treats and coupons, spacious rooms and an excellent buffet dinner. One nit: breakfast service could improve — a staffer insisted guests work the bar's coffee machine.
