voco Dubai The Palm is a newer resort right on the shoreline — a huge, beautiful private beach, a 2–3 km promenade for morning walks, plenty of eateries around, a rooftop pool, free all-day valet, and comfortable clean rooms with stunning unobstructed sea views. The first-floor breakfast is called one of the best ever, and IHG-member service was exceptional — Glenys at the front desk is thanked. Only quibbles: balconies feel plain, and furnishings are simply decent.
