“Jeddah comfort, one bed swap”
voco Jeddah Gate by IHG is a clean, upscale-finished hotel with photo-accurate comfortable rooms, fresh-fruit breakfasts and friendly staff — Sultan, Ghazal and Mohammed all earn thanks — and a returning guest found earlier issues fixed: quiet room, hot water and generous complimentary tea supplies. One serious booking failure stands out, though: a confirmed king non-smoking reservation became twins on a smoking floor at arrival, with kings declared unavailable. A very loud air conditioner also drew complaint. Otherwise guests recommend it for Jeddah.
