Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Gold Coast luxury”
In a safe well-located spot with shopping downstairs, Waldorf Astoria Chicago is definitely clean with big comfortable luxurious rooms, very comfortable bedding, a better-than-average spa area, warmly-attentive staff, an upgrade one guest loved too briefly and a favourite decorating style; an AC that failed three times was resolved with an upgrade to the finest suite. Notes: window views are ordinary and the lobby feels small and somewhat dated for a luxury hotel.
