La Maison 20 Degrés Sud - Relais & Châteaux is an authentic boutique hotel in a beautiful hidden waterfront Mauritius spot — spacious superb rooms (one had a sea-view jacuzzi), excellent cuisine, a great bar with a wide cocktail choice, an excellent private beach, a quiet home-like atmosphere, included snorkelling trips and a 'ferry' across the bay, and wonderful, highly-professional staff who go above and beyond — thanks to Denis and manager Leckraj. Wind cancelled one yacht dinner and snorkel. The single nitpick: dinner service ran a little slow.
