The complaints are severe: the worst W — a tiny five-thousand-rate room, a warped corner mirror, no counter space in the bathroom, a shower that floods outward, and a pointless metre-close balcony; a minibar chocolate charge disputed by a non-sugar-eater; two Asian staffers' rudeness — elevator door not held, circular talk; seven-plus nights with no robe, toiletries or sheet changes and dusty surfaces; and an alleged anti-Chinese attitude where a complaint was refused and guests were accused of verbal attacks.
