Handy for Sanford Airport's early or late flights — great restaurants and shops near — The Westin Lake Mary, Orlando North is a stand-by clean stay for many: visually-alluring reasonably-kept rooms with comfortable beds, an awesome kid-loved pool with two cold plunges, nice staff and a bonus Shula's Steakhouse. Serious complaints though: dead ice machines on multiple floors, unkept public bathrooms without paper or towels, powdered eggs on the buffet, a dirty lobby floor and smudged glass, hair in the shower, sink and bed, no daily service, and a baseball-tournament night of hallway trash and door-knocking kids.
