“Alma Barcelona's polished Passeig stay”
Alma Barcelona GL is a very friendly, super central Barcelona hotel — a great safe location on Passeig de Gràcia (drop shopping bags at the room between brands), big rooms, a comfortable bed, a very good restaurant with quality ingredients, secure late-night entry with staff on duty, and a cozy downstairs lounge. One severe review: incomplete cleaning left a diaper a second day, unenthusiastic staff threw problems back and reportedly lied, hardware fell short of the rate, and dim rooms are not kid-friendly. Other notes: a half-open shower, extreme pillows, a weak hairdryer, a midnight power cut that left only scalding water, and a limited fifty-euro breakfast.
