“Vincci Bilbao's Guggenheim door”
Vincci Consulado de Bilbao is a really nice modern hotel a minute from the Guggenheim — clean cozy comfortable rooms, lovely staff, a very good fruit-rich breakfast (seventeen euros), very nice views, and an affordable convenient base for Bilbao's highlight. Caveats though: one room's air conditioner did not work and the wardrobe was too poor to hang clothes; breakfast is charged separately.
