“Hoxton Brussels' artful stay, stink”
The Hoxton, Brussels is a new, beautifully designed art hotel beside the Botanical Gardens — sublime ambiance, big-for-Europe rooms, clean comfortable interiors, fantastic quality-over-quantity breakfast, great food and drinks at both restaurants, a fifteen-minute walk to the Grand Place, and incredibly kind staff. One guest had an awful stay: a bad room smell forced three unassisted room changes, the complaint was not taken seriously until a desk employee verified it, and the key card died on every use, needing repeated replacements.
